"Steven"

This little angel was designed in memory of Steven Spittle whose mother wrote, "Steven was truly a very special little boy. He was born on October 24, 1995 - and became an angel on August 29th of this year, after a year long battle with leukemia.  He touched so many lives in such a positive way. One of the doctors at Sloan Kettering told me that she had never broken the rule of doctors not getting attached to patients until she met Steven.  He told his two brothers and one sister twice while he was battling this terrible disease that he was glad it was him and not them.  Like I said, he was a VERY special little boy.  There is not one person he met that did not fall in love with him... He was a Red Sox fan, and loved Sponge Bob Square Pants.  He always said to me - I love you more.  We always had fun going back and forth with us both saying I love you more - until he would end it by saying we both love each other equally.

Steven loved magic, and was the hit of a wedding we attended in June when he played a magic trick on many people.  He would ask someone for a dollar, fold it up small and put it under a soda can, telling them that he could get the dollar without lifting up the can. He would then say a couple of magic words and ask the person to lift up the can.  As soon as they lifted it up, he would pick up the dollar.  When Steven tried to return the dollar, no one would take it back, and people who did not know him fell in love with him.  Another long story about my awesome son.

I miss him terribly, and would love to have an angel pin made to honor."

The Steven angel is about 1 3/4 inches tall with a silver heart engraved "Steven" and his October birthstone.  He wears a baseball cap and holds a magic wand.  "I Love You More" banner is splashed beneath the heart.
