Tom - "Semper Fi"

This angel was desiged in memory of Tom, whose daughter wrote, "A few things about my dad.  His name was Tom.  He died December 13, 1997 of
a massive heart attack.  He was 51.  He was my mom's one and only love.
They had been together since she was 19.  They were married in 1969.

He was a marine corps officer.  The motto, "Semper Fi" embraces all that my
father was and all that he cherished.  It means Always Faithful.  That was
my Dad.

He also called my Mom - Sunshine.  He would sing, "You are my sunshine..."
Also 26 is an important number to us.  They were engaged on the 26th.  They
got married on the 26.  Same with my sister, Margaret and her husband.  My
father always sent my mother, Mary, flowers every 26th.  It didn't matter
the month.  To them and to us still today..."26's forever".

On his grave stone, we engraved "26's forever" and "semper fi" because they
embrace everything that he stood for.  He was proud of his 3 girls, My
mother, my sister, and I."

The Tom angel is about 1 3/4 inches tall and features military wings, a plaque engraved "Semper Fi" and "26's forever", with the sun resting on one leg.
