Sammy

This angel was designed in memory of Sammy whose aunt wrote, "I would like a special pin made for my sister in memory of her son.  My nephew is Samuel (Sammy) L. Runkle he was recently murdered by 3 boys who were supposed to be his friends.  Sammy was 26 yrs. old at the time of his death.  He leaves behind his mother, his father, a sister, an 18 mo. old son, and family and friends who adored him.  Sammy was a jokester who loved life.   He loved to hunt, watch boxing, and racing with his family.  The one thing that he collected that I would like to have incorporated with your design on the pin is turtles.  We are proud Native Americans and wish that you could also incorporate that."

The Sammy angel is about 2 inches tall and features a heart that will be engraved "Sammy", a feather depicting the  Native American culture and a turtle.
