"Owen"

This precious angel was designed in memory of Owen Kimball, who lost his life at age 3 1/2 due to Neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer.  His birthday is June 14, 1998 and he became an angel on October 9, 2001.  In his mother's words, "He was the type of kid you fell in love with the second you met him.  A truly beautiful spirit.  He was very funny and quite the teaser.  He loved snakes.  He usually had a plastic or rubber one with him most of the time and he would ask you, "Do you like 'nakes?"  If you said no, he would hold it up to your face and yell, "It's a 'nake!!!!!!!" and laugh and laugh.  His favorite color was blue and he loved to give huggies and what we called "booger sugars" (kisses with a runny nose).  He was always happy and smiling despite everything he went through, truly beautiful!!!!  He was very spiritual too, he loved going to church and would sing the Lord's Prayer wherever, whenever he wanted."

The Owen angel is about 1 1/2 inches tall and features a blue heart with his name and June birthstone, a snake at his foot, a gold ribbon on his wing, and a banner that reads "booger sugars".
