"Noah"
This pin was created in memory of
Noah David Boser, who suffered a fatal brain injury at 7 months this past
September 2002 while in the care of his licensed daycare provider. Noah
was a healthy, vibrant and contented child and brought happiness and a
smile to everyone he met. Consequently, his grandmother, Kathy Boser, wanted
a pin created in Noah's memory and to wear as a symbol of their desire
for justice during the pending trial. The white ribbon on the heart
symbolizes the NOAH 4-step reminder for parents and care givers. The NOAH
reminder, written by Noah's mother, Beth Boser, is taken from the letters
in Noah's name and stands for:
Never shake or strike a child.
Offer comfort or change of scenery.
Always ask for help from a friend
or family member.
Have yourself a break, both of
you will benefit.
A web page has been created for Noah at http://www.geocities.com/ourangelnoah/ . The family truly hopes the NOAH reminder will be remembered and that no other family has to experience such a tragic, and senseless loss.
This little angel is about 1 1/2 inches tall and features a blue heart engraved "Noah" and a small white ribbon.
