Nicholas

This little boy angel was designed in memory of Nicholas whose grandmother wrote, "My grandson, Nicholas Luca, passed away on February 1, 2005, after a five month battle with brain cancer.  He was only 3-1/2 years old and he fought his cancer to the end and he will always be our hero.  As we left the hospital after Nick died, we released three balloons that were left in his room and we all yelled "we love you" as they rose into the blue sky.  As they went up, one balloon rose higher than the other two and we knew that was Nick on his way to heaven.  So as you can see, balloons are very symbolic to us all.  Nick also loved helping mom pick black-eyed susans. His birthday is in May.  A heart with his name and birthstone would be wonderful.  Also, and most importantly, a gold ribbon, as that signifies childhood cancer."

The Nicholas angel is about 1 1/2 inches tall and features balloons, gold cancer ribbon, black-eyed susan, and a gold heart that will be engraved "Nicholas" with his May birthstone.
