Michael

This little boy angel was designed in memory of Michael Antonio whose mother wrote,  "I lost my son Michael Antonio on August 27, 2003.  Michael was born with a congenital heart defect called Transposition of the Great Arteries on August 14, 2003 (during the Blackout!).   He had heart surgery to correct the defect when he was seven days old.  Unfortunately, his little heart couldn't take it and Michael became an angel six days later.

I would love to have an angel pin in memory of him.  I definitley would like it to have a heart.  I'm sure any design you create would be beautiful.  I liked the boy angel the best!   Michael's nursery was going to be decorated with moon and stars.  I always think of him as  a beautiful shining star because he brought so much light into our lives.

I would like to know if it would be possible to put something about Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) on the other wing."

The Michael Antonio angel is about 1 1/2 inches tall and features a gold heart that will be engraved "Michael", the moon and star on one wing and a little red heart engraved "CHD".
