LaurenLauren Suzanne

This angel was designed in memory of Lauren Suzanne whose mother wrote, "I would like to request  an angel pin designed in memory of my baby daughter Lauren Suzanne, who passed away on September 4th of this year.  Lauren was a triplet, and leaves behind a brother, Ryan Alan, and a sister, Elena Maxine. They were all born on 2/22/06.

Lauren had a very serious congenital heart defect, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS).  In her 6 months 13 days, Lauren endured 2 heart surgeries (one of them open-heart), and 2 more open-heart surgeries were planned.  She was a tiny little one, but had a HUGE personality. She captured the heart of literally everyone she met.  She was smart as a whip.  Lauren loved her stuffed animals - especially her little lamb. This was especially fitting, since her nickname was "Lambchop".  We wanted to dress her as a lamb for Halloween, but, sadly, she passed before that could happen.  She looked gorgeous in pastel green and yellow, and in bright pink."


The Lauren Suzanne angel is about 1 1/2 inches tall and features a bright pink heart that will be engraved "Lauren".  The three small flowers with the February birthstone in the center of each represent triplets.  A little lamb is placed beneath the heart.
