This lovely angel is the second edition in memory of Norma Larralde.  Norma was very active in the community as a 4-H leader for 15 years and as "Camp Mom" for more than 12 years.  In 1997 she was honored as Hidalgo County 4-H adult leader of the year.  She was also active as an Edinburg North High School Cougar Band Booster and was an officer of the Booster Association.

The angel is about 2 inches tall and was designed by her two sons with a four leaf clover to capture her leadership in the 4-H Club and a music clef to represent her interest in the Booster Association.
