"Julie"
This beautiful angel was designed
in memory of Julie who at age 16 was killed in a tragic car accident.
In her aunt's words, "She was a member of the National Honor Society.
She enjoyed her youth group at church, and had just finished acting in
the play Godspell at church. Most notable , though, is Julie's love of
people- not just her family but everyone.Her greatest concern was the happiness
of others. She did volunteer work at the Woodlands for special needs children,
and aspired to choose a career to serve others. She is being given a posthumous
award for her community service in a few weeks ."
The "Julie" angel is about 1 1/2
inches tall and features delicate filigree wings, a flared skirt.
A heart engraved with her name and birthstone depicts her love for people
and a cross with the peace dove depicts her love of God.
