John Thrune

This angel was designed in memory of John Thrune whose mother wrote,
"I would like to have a pin designed in memory of my son John who died in a
tragic accident this summer. . .John was a 21 yr old college student working on his degree from the
University of Wisconsin-Platteville.  He was majoring in mechanical engineering and would have been graduating at the end of this school year.  His hobby and love was jazz music.  He played alto and tenor saxaphone in a jazz ensemble.  Composed music and also played guitar and the harmonica.  Family and friends were important to him.  He cherished a fadora hat that one of his friends bought for him.  He wore this on the nights he would go out.

I would like to see something centered around his love for music especially the saxaphone.  He was an excellent player and loved to play for his family and friends.

This active little angel is about 1 3/4 inches tall and features the saxaphone, a music note, and a heart that is engraved "John" with "UWP" beneath his name.
