Jessie

This angel was designed in memory of Jessie whose mother wrote, "I would like you to design an angel pin for my daughter Jessie.  She was my ray of sunshine.  She died last year from brain cancer and was only 14 years old.  Her biggest interests included collecting ducks.  She must have had over 100 ducks collected.  Many rubber ducks of different colors and designs and also stuffed ducks.  She had quite the collection.

 She loved to play softball and was an excellent third baseman.  When we would play catch, her being on 3rd base and I would be on 1st, you would not have believed how hard she threw.  She was petite, the smallest girl on her team.  I played softball for many years and could not believe the strength in her arm for such a small girl."
