"Gordon"
This angel was named in memory
of Gordon, whose wife wrote, "My husband name is Gordon. He was 62 when
he died of a Fleshing eating disease. It was sudden within 24 hrs.
I was not able to say good bye to him. This was the 2nd marriage for me
at being married 30 years and a divorce. He came into my life accepting
me and my family unconditionally. We all loved him so much. We live
with my son and daughter in law and 2 granddaughters Kaylee (10) and Alanna
(8). They were very close to him. He made sure he picked them
up from school and helped them with there homework. He took them
to the movies. He was always supportive of all of us. His second
love was music. He sang baritone with the barbershop chorus here
in Phoenix Arizona. Whenever he had the chance to sing he would.
He started to teach the girls how to sing. He was a draftsmen for
a company here in Phoenix. One of his work was drawing of the eiffel
tower in Las Vegas. Where ever we went he would say, 'I drew
that building'. He did not have much but he gave a lot."
This angel is about 1 1/2 inches
tall and features three hearts with birthstones on his grandchildren, a
barbershop pole and music notes signifying his love for barber shop music.
