This angel was designed in memory of James whose mother wrote,
"I lost my only child, James, in
an automobile accident on 11/3/07. He was 21. He was a culinary
student at Johnson & Wales is RI. He was due to graduate in May
2008. He was a very talented chef. He worked at Daniel in NYC
for a 6 month internship. He had a job lined up at the French Laundry
in Napa Valley Ca upon graduation.
Other interests of his were playing
his guitar and snowboarding.
