Carol

This angel was the December Contest angel.  Here is the winning entry.
Daughter Lynn  writes, "I would like to name the angel Carol. This would be for my wonderful mom. She was a single parent to 4 children. She raised us with as much  love as anyone with 2 parents could have. She taught us to respect others and treat them well. She put herself through college to get a degree in nursing so she could provide for her family.  She taught us a great work ethic. She contracted throat cancer and battled it with all she had. It was tough because they removed her voice box. But she fought hard and won. Then 2 years later they discovered she had pancreatic cancer. She fought with what little was left and lost her battle. She is my angel and I truly miss her. What better name at Christmastime than Carol."
